The High School 'Jersey' is a perfect example of what preppy is- Simple, but not too simple!
Leave the sweater open and make sure the sleeves don't cover your hands.
Don't wear this with tights or it will make it look weird. Don't put a cardigan on top either.
As for jewelry, silver would look good but gold would look amazing!
Skirt- Preppy
The skirt goes up to your belly button and the shirt goes just above your belly button. Don't wear tights with this or a cardigan.
The skirt is tight and so is the shirt. The bright colors on the shirt look good with the dark skirt.
Leggings- Hipster
This outfit looks really good when you are wearing it. The leopard print look really nice with the shiny black leggings.
